Peak303 is a premier sports performance training site for athletes. This spacious private training facility is home to many high school, collegiate and professional athletes looking to develop the strength, speed and power needed to perform at their highest levels.
Located just outside Denver in the city of Englewood; Peak303 is easily accessible from anywhere in the greater Denver area. We specialize in individual, group and team sports performance training which includes speed development, strength training, muscle recovery and long-term athletic development. The facility has a weight room; open turf space for sprinting and agility training; and two retractable hitting/pitching cages for baseball and softball athletes.
The Owner/Director of Performance Training - Brian Jordan CSCS*D, RSCC*E; is the former Colorado Rockies Major League Strength and Conditioning Coach and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach Emeritus, through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Brian has been training amateur and professional athletes for over two decades now.
As a physical development facility for athletes of different ages and abilities, we believe in the long-term health and development of all the athletes we train. We provide professional sports performance services that address individual needs as well as the needs for long-term development and health of the athlete. Whether it be training for injury prevention or high performance, we’ve got experienced and highly qualified coaches to help you achieve your goals.

This combination youth baseball clinic will focus on teaching the fundamentals of both hitting and fielding through drill work and individual instruction. Fielding will include both infield and outfield skill work.

Group & Team Training
Join one of our Peak Development Programs (PDP) today and train alongside other athletes in a dynamic group setting. The PDP's use athletic movements and strength development exercises to develop the strength, speed and power that can elevate your game and help keep you healthy. Train with coaches highly experienced in the field of collegiate and professional sports performance training.
Team PDP's have their own dedicated days and times. Programs will be designed in consideration to the in-season and off-season training periods and any specific development goals for the team.

Facility Rental
With the ever changing Colorado weather, you never know when you may need an indoor space to train for your sport. Our 7,000 square foot facility has an open turf space and high ceiling. Facility rentals can be booked online.
For any baseball and softball teams looking for an indoor facility to practice and train year-round; we have two retractable hitting/pitching cages, open turf space for throwing & fielding and a weight room available for sport specific training.
Strength & speed training can be added to facility rentals for those wanting team workouts along with the practice. Contact us for pricing and availability.
