Summer Programs

Summer Strength Development 

4, 6 & 10 Week Programs

  • June 1st - August 17th (Off week of July 4th)

  • Individual programing in a semi-private group training setting

  • Each session is 1:30 minutes

  • Gain strength and power through a periodized training program 

  • Increase speed and recovery with proper sprint mechanics, roller and trigger point routines

  • Programs designed and led by NSCA CSCS certified strength and conditioning coaches

  • Sign-up before May 21st and get two performance assessments free (Beginning & at 6 weeks)

  • Sessions will only have a max of 9 athletes, so spots fill up quick

Session Schedule:

2x/week - Monday's & Wednesday's at 10:30am

3x/week - Monday's, Tuesday's & Thursdays at 9am

4x/week - Tuesday's, Wednesday's, Friday's & Saturday's at 7:30am
