This exciting new program is for current and former adult athletes wanting to join a small group training program that focuses on strength & conditioning exercises and movements specific to the demands of being an athlete. Workouts are short recovery superset exercise complexes consisting of plyometrics, strength, core and conclude with myofascial release routines.
