Program Description

This exciting new program is for current and former adult athletes wanting to join a small group training program that focuses on strength & conditioning exercises and movements specific to the demands of being an athlete. Strive to achieve your training goals as a current athlete or individual fitness goals as a former athlete, in this dynamic new training program.

​Workouts are short recovery superset exercise complexes consisting of plyometrics, strength, core and conclude with myofascial release routines.


Session Length: 1 hour

Session Size: 8 athlete max

Program Frequency Options: 1x/Week & 2x/Week 

Program Length Options: 4, 8, 12 week plans and drop-ins
