High School PDP
Service Description
The High School PDP is for high school athlete's looking to join a semi-private, small group training program. Learn proper training techniques and exercise progressions while developing the foundational strength, functional speed and fundamental recovery to elevate your game and help keep you healthy. Scheduling is customizable to the group. Pricing is per athlete and on a month-to-month schedule. Group size is 2-5.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the full amount of the session. All sales are final. Refunds may not be provided. There is a 3.5% cancellation fee plus a $5 processing fee for online cancellation transactions.
