Summer Training Programs

Summer Strength & Speed Training  

Are you a high school or collegiate athlete? Then come join our summer strength & speed training program. Summer is the time to train hard and build your body to stay healthy and elevate your game for the next season. Join our 2,3 or 4 day/week training programs. The Summer Strength & Speed Training program includes the following:

  • Semi-Private Training (No crowded gym)

  • Train with a former collegiate athlete and MLB Strength & Conditioning Coach

  • Linear & lateral speed training

  • Rotator cuff & elbow strength development

  • Mobility & recovery routines

  • Strength & power development

  • Speed & agility testing 

  • Individualized programming

  • Use of facility cages, mounds, etc..

  • High School Training Program: 2 Days/Week - Monday's & Wednesday's at 9:30am; 3 Days/Week - M/W/F at 9:30am or 3 Days/Week - M/T/TH at 9:30am

  • Collegiate Training Program: 3 Days/Week - M/W/F at 11:00am or 4 Days/Week - M/T/TH/F at 11:00am

  • High School program begins June 3rd but registration is open until July 1st.

  • Collegiate program begins May 20th but registration is open until June 17th.
