Summer Strength & Speed Training
Are you a high school or collegiate baseball or softball player? Then come join our summer strength & speed training program. Summer is the time to train hard and build your body to stay healthy and elevate your game for the next season. Join our 3 or 4 day/week training program. The Summer Strength & Speed Training program includes the following:

Semi-Private Training (No crowded gym)

Train with a former collegiate athlete and MLB Strength & Conditioning Coach

Linear & lateral speed training

Rotator cuff & elbow strength development

Mobility & recovery routines

Strength & power development

Speed & agility testing

Individualized programming

Use of cages, mounds, etc..

High School Program: 2 Days/Week - Monday's & Wednesday's at 9:30am; 3 Days/Week - M/W/F at 9:30am; 4 Days/Week - M/T/TH/F at 9:30am

Collegiate Program: 3 Days/Week - M/W/F at 11:00am; 4 Days/Week - M/T/TH/F at 11:00am
