Service Description

Are you a high school athlete looking to get better while avoiding the gym crowd? Then come join our summer strength & speed training program. Summer is a great time to train hard with professional guidance and build your body to stay healthy and elevate your game for the next season. The Summer Strength & Speed Training program is lead by a former MLB S&C Coach and includes the following: -Linear & lateral speed training -Rotator cuff & elbow strength development -Mobility & recovery routines -Strength & power development -Speed & agility testing  -Individualized programming -Facility use of cages, mounds, etc.. -Week of July 4th is scheduled off

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance or you will be charged for the full amount of the session. All sales are final. Refunds may not be provided. There is a 3.5% cancellation fee for online transactions.
