Service Description

Are you a collegiate baseball or softball player looking to get better while avoiding the gym crowd? Then come join our summer strength & speed training program. Summer is a great time to train hard with professional guidance and build your body to stay healthy and elevate your game for the next season. The Summer Strength & Speed Training program is lead by a former MLB S&C Coach and includes the following: -Linear & lateral speed training -Rotator cuff & elbow strength development -Mobility & recovery routines -Strength & power development -Speed & agility testing  -Individualized programming -Facility use of cages, mounds, etc..
