Treadmill Interval Running Workout #1
Walk 1 minute @ 3.5 mph
Run :30 seconds @ 6.5 mph then rest :15 seconds
Run 1 minute @ 6.5 mph then rest :30 seconds
Run 1 minute :30 seconds @ 7.5 mph then rest :45 seconds
Run 2 minutes @ 7.5 mph then rest :45 seconds
Run 2 minutes @ 8.5 mph then rest 1 minute
Run 1 minute :30 seconds @ 8.5 mph then rest 1 minute
Run 1 minute @ 8.5 mph then rest :45 seconds
Run :30 seconds @ 9 mph
Walk 1 minute @ 3.5 mph
Speeds may need to be adjusted to better acomodate your individual fitness level.
