Treadmill Interval Running Workout #2
Go through a warm-up routine
Walk 1 minute @ 3.5 mph
Run 3 minutes @ 7 mph then rest 1 minute
Run 2 minutes @ 8 mph then rest 1 minute
Run 1 minute :30 seconds @ 8.5 mph then rest :45 seconds
Run 1 minute @ 9 mph then rest :30 seconds
Run :30 seconds @ 9.5 mph then rest 1 minute
Run :15 seconds @ 10.5 mph
Walk 2 minutes @ 3.5 mph
Speeds may need to be adjusted to better accommodate your individual fitness level.
